Binaural beats

A binaural beat is perceived when slightly different tones are presented separately to the two ears, so stereo headphones matter for that effect.

432-Hz tuning

432 Hz commonly refers to a tuning reference for music. It does not by itself require separate signals to each ear.

Combined use

A recording can use 432-Hz tuning and also contain binaural components, but those are separate design choices.
